According to API 15 S Standard, 4" pipe inner diameter could be designed as 3.5" to 4", So if You make the Pipe 3.75"

Design Pressure:

According to API 15 S, the MPR (Max. Pressure Rate) of the Glass Fiber RTP pipe shall be confirmed by long-term hydrostatic pressure testing, as the method of ASTM D1598 or ISO 1167-1

End Fitting for Pipe

GPN can design and manufacture end fittings matching the RTP pipes. The range of end fittings are 2- 6 inch ID from low to high grade pressure. The installation of these end fittings is rapid and simple  with high reliability and good corrosion resistance, insensitive to the cleanliness or ambient temperature.

This end-fitting can be used to weld pipe to other standard components and for the occasion when welded connections are preferred in lieu of bolted connections.

Flanged End Fitting 

The flanged end-fitting is most often used to connect with other standard pipeline components, such as valves, and other upstream/downstream connections.

 

  • Comply with Flange standards ASME B16.5

  • Two types: direct welding type flange and live-sleeve type flange

  • The rotary flange is easy to be connected with other flange components.

Midline Connector/ Clamp Connector

These are two major types of connectors are used to connect two sections of pipeline together without having an intermediate flanges or welded points.

  • Build-in gas venting system, with high security

  • No welding to connect with flange and bolt during installation

  • O-type sealing ring

  • Smooth conical inner hole, helps for pigging.
